Team Analytics
Team Analytics rolls the signals TimeCampus captures across a team into aggregate views: where the team's hours go, how much focus time it protects, and how heavily meetings weigh on it. Open Team → Analytics in the navigation at app.timecampus.com.
The design principle here is deliberate: teams are shown in aggregate, individuals are not policed. TimeCampus never captures screenshots or keystrokes (see the Privacy Model), and team views are built to answer planning questions — is this team overloaded, are meetings crowding out delivery — not to rank people.
What the page shows
| Panel | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Team time distribution | How the team's tracked time splits across meetings, deep work, communication and breaks |
| Focus vs meeting load | The balance between protected focus time and time spent in meetings across the team |
| Capacity signal | Where the team is running hot or has headroom, drawn from tracked hours against planned capacity |
| True cost of meetings | The aggregate time — and, where rates are set, cost — the team spends in meetings |
Reading it honestly
- Aggregate first. Use these numbers to reshape how the team works — cut a standing meeting, protect a shared focus block — not to compare individuals.
- Trends over snapshots. A single week is noise. Watch whether focus time is growing or shrinking over a month.
- Pair with capacity. Team Analytics tells you how time is spent; Resource Planning tells you whether that load is sustainable.
