Finite-life view

Open Finite Life at /timecampus/finite-life for the life-in-weeks view. You can choose to supply a birth date and an assumed life expectancy. These are personal reflection inputs, not a prediction of how long you will live.

Inputs and missing information

Without a birth date, weeks lived is unavailable. Without an assumed life expectancy, the view has no expected total or remaining horizon. TimeCampus does not guess those missing inputs.

When supplied, weeks lived is the number of whole weeks since the birth date. Expected total weeks is calculated from your chosen years using an average of 52.1775 weeks per year. Remaining weeks is the expected total minus weeks lived, bounded at zero. This arithmetic is not a medical estimate.

The hide remaining weeks preference hides the countdown in the page. It is a display preference, not deletion of your profile or a promise that the API omits the underlying calculated fields. The profile records the finite-life opt-in separately.

Recorded domains are a recent window

The domain breakdown uses your actual life timeline over the last eight weeks. It is not a reconstruction of every week since birth. Missing records remain missing; changing a birth date does not create historical activity.

The life profile and finite-life query are self-only within the workspace. They use the caller's actor identity, and other workspace members cannot select your profile or life-in-weeks result through these views. This is separate from access rules for underlying work records.
