Life timeline

Open Life Timeline at /timecampus/life-timeline to see your recorded activity across work and other life domains. It uses the same timeline assembly as the work timeline, including capture events, time entries, meetings, Pomodoro sessions, email activity and planned focus blocks. The summary groups activity by life domain instead of work category.

Read the record before the summary

Choose a date range and inspect the segments, their sources and domains. The underlying timeline accepts ranges up to 62 days. Manual life-time entries let you record a domain, start time and duration or end time, with an optional title or note. Logging life time creates a capture event; it is not the same as adding a billable project time entry.

Work sources roll up to Work. Capture events resolve an explicit life domain first; learned app or source mappings can supply a domain when no explicit domain is present. See life balance for the domain list and its distinction from timeline categories.

The summary counts overlapping intervals once within each domain and once for total coverage. Planned blocks do not count as time already lived. Different domains can overlap, so adding their totals can exceed the overall covered total.

Unaccounted does not mean wasted

Unaccounted time is the part of the selected range that no recorded segment covers. It may be sleep, an offline activity, missing capture or something you chose not to record. The timeline does not know which explanation applies. An empty timeline is missing evidence, not proof that nothing happened.

Life Timeline is self-only within the workspace: its query uses the caller's actor identity rather than an arbitrary user ID. Other workspace members cannot open your life timeline through this view. Underlying shared work records keep their own access rules; a self-only summary does not make those records private.
